How does the process work?

The world of Solid Surface worktops can seem daunting and complicated, when in fact, the process is relatively simple.

Here is a brief summary of how the process works.

1. Send us your enquiry, with a detailed drawing showing dimensions, any sinks (or sink cutouts), hob cutouts, colour and material chosen (if known) and any other information that might impact the cost of the project.
2. If you are unsure about the material and/or colour, we are happy to offer advice, samples and brochures. You don’t know what you don’t know, so at any point in the process it is important to ask questions, no question is a silly question and can help avoid any misinterpretation and confusion.
3. We will send you a detailed quotation, often with a free CGI, so you can see how we have interpreted your requirements and make any alterations.
4. If you are happy to proceed, at this stage you let us know, in writing, confirming colour and material of choice.
5. We then will send a Pro Forma Invoice for a fifty percent deposit (this is for non account customers).
6. Once payment of the deposit has been received, we start the process of organising a template (if needed), ordering sheet material, producing working drawings and scheduling the work into our factory.
7. Once the project is issued for fabrication, we will remain in contact to organise installation/collection/delivery, and request balance payment.
