About This Project

Thermoforming was required to achieve the 150mm radius edge detail. For this project we had to work with our client and invest in a custom made 50 tonne, water cooled press. This was needed to enable us to thermoform the edge to achieve the 150mm thermoformed edges as there was around 300 linear metres and consistency of colour was necessary.

What we made: Display units, interactive water table. All units were manufactured and transported to Bahrain in refrigerated containers to ensure the material was protected from extremes of temperature fluctuation.
