Updated Statement on the impact of Coronavirus – Covid-19 3rd April 2020
Following our earlier announcement on Friday 27th March 2020, the Senior Management Team of BSF have reviewed all up to date information from the UK Government, reflected in the updated statement below.
BSF is a family-run Small-Medium Sized Enterprise (SME), including a full staffing of around 20 office, workshop, and installation personnel. We are fortunate that having strong family values the majority of our staff have been with the company long-term, and are considered part of the family.
The present situation makes it exceptionally difficult to maintain levels of fabrication whilst actively enforcing recommendations and directions set-out by the UK Government and Public Health England. This includes maintaining a safe social distance of 2m at all times. Practically, within our workshop and fabrication areas this is neither practical, nor possible to effectively enforce.

In these uncertain times our final thoughts is to thank all of our clients in advance for their support and understanding. These are testing times and we are hopeful that normalcy will resume sooner, rather than later. We are as keen as everyone to get back on with the exciting projects we presently have!
