The Oxo Tower

To achieve the 3D look requested we employed the use of male and female patterns as there were, on one bar alone, seven different radii with the same vertical profile.

It was deemed more prudent to thermoform and press rather than vacuum form.

The patterns used were made from solid core MDF cut and shaped on a five axis cnc.

The material of choice for this project was Corian Glacier White with a Marine Blue inlay.
