Solid Surfaces are increasingly becoming the designers' material of choice, in particular when a hard wearing, easily cleaned, low maintenance, long lasting yet attractive surface is specified. Man Made Stone otherwise known as Solid Surface is a unique and versatile material often used for the manufacture of reception desks, bar tops, vanity units, wall cladding and many other applications, with the ability to shape and thermoform into whatever you desire. The potential of Solid Surface is infinite, limited only by your imagination!

We have a number of specialist machines that we utilise when manufacturing, including a CNC, Thermo Form Platten Oven and customised Fifty Tonne Press, which as can use to produce 3 Dimensional shapes.
With the use of our CNC router engraving and patterns can be cut into the material, making some items perfect for backlighting. These techniques have been used extensively within the leisure industry, most notably for the King of Bahrain's Royal Court.
We have recently employed these methods when producing a translucent table with integrated lighting effects in different colours for the Sultan of Oman.
The combination of specially curved, illuminated pieces has been used, to great success, within the nightclub industry, demonstrating that we are a forward thinking fabricator who embraces and invests in new technology, taking risks with both the material and design ideas.
